Coleslaw

COLE SLAW
 1          MED. HEAD  GREEN CABBAGE (THINLY SHREDDED)
 1                TSP  KOSHER SALT
    2/3           CUP  LEMON JUICE
    2/3           CUP  VINEGAR
    1/3           CUP  SUGAR
    2/3           Cup  MAYONNAISE (TO TASTE)
 2               CUPS  CUCUMBERS (THINLY SLICED)
 2               CUPS  CARROTS (THINLY SLICED)

SPRINKLE SALT ON SHREDDED CABBAGE AND SQUEEZE  TO SOFTEN (2 MINUTES)
ADD LEMON JUICE... VINEGAR...SUGAR.....MIX WELL
ADD MAYONNAISE.. MIX WELL
ADD CUCUMBERS & CARROTS ...STIR ALL TOGETHER
LET SIT FOR 10 MINUTES..... TASTE & ADJUST SEASONING TO TASTE
