"The Second Saturn return represents the time when each of us needs to embrace our “elder” role in life. We are supposed to take on more responsibility, not less. From 58 on we are supposed to impart our wisdom and acknowledge our responsibility to our world, our community, and our family. We are not supposed to retire unless we are to “retire” to a life of responsibility guiding others. Instead of doing the active work of our midlife, we should be established and using our knowledge and expertise as our “coin of the realm”. We should keep working, always." 2nd Saturn Return - Entering Elderhood - askAstrology Blog
A Second Saturn Return happens with Saturn going 2 revolutions around the Sun, roughly 58.8 years into your life. You can start to feel it at approximately 56 years old through 61-62 years, depending on your chart. As you start to reach your Second Saturn Return, the Universe is asking you, how do you envision the last part of your life?
This year I will turn 58, on October 27, 2023. Next year I will be 59 in 2024.
My second Saturn return will also be on my Tsquare, ouch.
Pluto is hanging out in my 2nd house, probably the rest of my life.
"Your instincts are powerful regarding building your resources. You might find it hard to let go of things, attaching much sentimental value to your possessions or holding on to them because you fear poverty — or because you fear a feeling of helplessness and wanting. You can feel a powerful need for control over your money and possessions or driven to make money. Your sense of ownership is heightened. You may experience some form of loss and learn lessons of change–that strength, worth, value, and wealth come from within. You’re also learning to spot a good deal or objects of value instinctively. Your advice on these matters can be invaluable to others."
"Here really begins the metamorphosis that began when Pluto was transiting your 1st house, especially because what you valued and appreciated about yourself and life no longer serves you, and you can go through a stage of collapse. You will have to learn to get ahead with fewer resources. Do not try to keep any possession or forms or income to which you were accustomed. It would just delay your progress for your next stage, when your internal valuation will be the priority.
Transiting Pluto in your second house indicates that you need to manage efficiently and with a purpose all your possessions, and also your ideas, principles and inherited values, the money you earn and everything that you produce. It is a challenge to review the ways in which you use possessions or energies to achieve a spiritual ideal. If transiting Pluto makes oppositions or squares to personal planets, there can be economic and material losses. Do not be swayed into any dishonest business. Soon you will find a priceless inner wealth."
Saturn in my third house until I'm 61.
"Saturn in the third house is learning, developing, testing, changing, moving forward, momentum regained. This is the step where you can reaffirm just who you have become so that you can more confidently move forward in your life. When Saturn transits through your third house, you may feel a bit isolated from siblings and neighbors or they may give you trouble. There may be issues of communication with either. Try to stay optimistic in your thinking and in the meantime simply keep working hard."
"A new kind of pressure is produced–it’s not about your personality or your resources like it was in the first and second houses. Rather, the pressure centers more around mental output. You may feel pressure to produce ideas, and to make them work.
A certain somberness in your outlook may be characteristic of this phase, as it may be a time of worry. It may seem like acquaintances and sometimes siblings are blocking your growth in some manner, and these relationships may be strained as a result. Although you have a desire to make contacts, you are now rather preoccupied with learning, and you may view idle chit-chat as a waste of time.
You may feel an unusual pressure to structure your time and effort, and to cut out communication that seems unnecessary. You may at times feel rather overwhelmed by such things as errands, red tape, and other such day-to-day “disruptions”.
Jupiter in 5th this year and 7th next
"5th: Investments in stocks and other speculative matters could earn good profits. Healthy risks are likely to pay off, but be careful of overconfidence in speculative investments."
"7th: You can negotiate more successfully than ever, and, if applicable, win in legal matters. Financial benefits could possibly come through partnerships. Legal matters or challenging relationship problems from the past can be resolved, and more casual disputes can be settled as well. You may find yourself taking on the role of consultant or advisor, or you could benefit from help from same."
Uranus in 5th until 2029:
"During this cycle, you tend towards unconventional ways of expressing yourself and your creativity. Your hobbies can be out of the ordinary, and so can your relationships with children and lovers, depending on how this cycle is affecting you. Sudden developments or surprises in your romantic life are par for the course with Uranus here. This is a time when you free yourself of personal inhibitions that may have been part of your life in the past. It’s a time of more spontaneous expression. This is a playful, somewhat eccentric, position for Uranus. Casual love affairs that have grown stale may be left behind now. You may also attract unusual romances or romantic partners into your life during this cycle."

I turn 60 on October 27, 2025. Uranus enters my 6th house.
Then I'm 61 in 2026. Saturn enters my 4th house.
"Since the fourth house opposed the tenth, there may sometimes be a conflict between domestic and professional responsibilities. You may find yourself involved in real estate related businesses, agriculture, mining, ecology, food, domestic products and services. If transiting Saturn makes difficult aspects, it causes oppressive family responsibilities, emotional depression, and dependency."
"During this stage, you are working on solidifying your identity, exploring your roots (where you came from), so that when Saturn begins its transit through the fifth house, you will be ready to differentiate yourself from others and embark on some important work on your ego.
For now, however, you will face issues surrounding your attachments to the past. Sometimes this manifests as literal re-organization of your home. Moving house is not associated with this transit as it would if, for example, Uranus was the transiting planet. If moves are made, you might encounter some resistance in yourself. This is not a time when you feel particularly brave in the outer world. However, reorganization in your home, and more importantly, in your soul, embodies the true nature of this transit."
Jupiter will be in my 8th and then still 8th
"This is a time of spiritual contentment–of coming to terms with power and sharing issues in your life. During this cycle, you are less sensitive to power struggles and issues of sharing resources. You are less likely to resort to manipulative tactics, and less concerned about leaving yourself emotionally vulnerable to others. You may see benefits in the areas of joint finances, shared resources, loans, taxes, sexuality, intimacy, healing, personal transformation, research, investigation, and psychological matters during this cycle. This is a time of increased psychological understanding, intimacy, and perhaps accumulation of wealth if you manage your resources well. You are more capable of helping friends and loved ones who are dealing with a crisis–you can be leaned upon. Any type of in-depth study or research is likely to go well."

I will be 62 in 2027. And 63 in 2028. Neptun goes into my 4th house.
Jupiter will be in my 9th on tsquare, then 10th
"9th: An expansive, optimistic attitude is with you now, as you are less concerned about petty problems and inconveniences. You may have opportunities to travel, study, expand your horizons, and meet people who are of diverse backgrounds. You tend to become more intellectually curious, and academic matters go well. Your mind is more expansive and tolerant, and you are under less stress than usual. You are less inclined to sweat the small stuff. Your priorities are easier to see, as you gain perspective on your life and its meaning. Your creative juices flow, and you generally benefit from robust health. Faith in your purpose and in a higher meaning to your life helps to ease stress and open doors for you."
"10th: Authority figures and influential people tend to look upon your favorably and seem to be “in your corner”. An event may occur that expands your career or professional interests, and you derive more pleasure in these activities. More freedom is likely to be experienced in your career. Integrity and honesty will get you everywhere now. The more willing you are to put yourself in the limelight, the more positive the rewards–this is not the time to be a shrinking violet! This can be a time of fulfillment of career goals if you have been working toward specific ones. Because you feel worthy of recognition and of success, these things tend to come naturally to you now."
Uranus in 6th in 2029:
"The sixth house is your sector of work, daily routines, and health. Uranus’ presence here may throw you a few curve balls, shaking up your daily routine and perhaps your attitude towards your work and your health. At the root of this is an urge to break free from the confines of routine and some distaste for fitting into a mould. This year and in the years ahead, you are moving towards a fresh approach to how you approach your work and the daily details of your life. Irregular schedules and perhaps some disruptions and tensions are possible as you adjust to this influence, particularly if Uranus is also inconjunct your Ascendant. Your working hours may become non-traditional, or you might be moving towards a more unconventional job. You are restless with routines, and tend to answer to your own internal rhythm rather than paying attention to society’s (and nature’s!) rhythms. Work that is limiting or lifeless really drags you down, and you tend to approach tasks with erratic or haphazard energy–you work tirelessly at certain times, and procrastinate at other times, for example. It would be wise to find work that offers you not only variety and stimulation, but also the chance to invent. Progressive, part-time, or unconventional tasks hold the most appeal to you these days. You may also take an interest in alternative health methods. You would benefit greatly from yoga or other mind-body therapies now. "

I will be 64 in 2029. Uranus enters my 7th house.
And I turn 65 in 2030, which is when you get Medicare.
Jupiter will be in my 11th, then 12th
"11th: Your long-term goals and wishes tend to be broad and perhaps unusual or ahead of the times. You may particularly enjoy dreaming up ideas for the future. Achieving your goals tends to come more easily now. Others tend to value your advice and often turn to you for help. You could become more active with friends or in your community. You may have opportunities to join or lead clubs or groups.
Group activities and associations could be avenues for fulfilling your own goals. You may take special joy in sharing a common cause or ideals with others. You are especially hopeful and more inclined to believe that if you wish it, it will be! Income from your business or career is likely to increase. More tolerance of others is displayed now, and you are more inclined to take interest in alternative subjects."
"12th: Jupiter in the twelfth house is said to offer one spiritual protection. It’s a cycle in which you can rid yourself of self-destructive tendencies, deep-seated fears, and deeply-ingrained tendencies towards guilty feelings, acting much like a guardian angel. You are more able to get in touch with your subconscious mind. Charity, giving anonymously, contributing to altruistic endeavors, volunteering, and helping others without expectation of reward will be most fulfilling during this cycle. Work that involves serving others may begin now and bring you much joy."

Then I'm 66 in 2031. I can retire at 67 in 2032.
Jupiter will be in my 1st, then 2nd
"1st: At the beginning of its transit through the first house, Jupiter is conjunct your Ascendant, marking a time of much optimism and cheerfulness. Throughout its journey through the first house, Jupiter’s transit brings noticeable improvements to your environment as well as self-confidence to your personality. You are more obviously expansive, exuberant, and enthusiastic. This transit heightens your optimism and increases your generosity.
This cycle has the potential for being a relaxed, fortunate, and hopeful time. You are greeting life with a fresh, can-do attitude. What happened in the past is not very important to you now–it’s the future that you’re eyeing now. You are filled with faith in the universe–faith that everything will work out. This is an excellent period for self-improvement. Dealings with the public are favored, and others tend to look at you as a leader."
